Welcome to the new CMRA directors blog - we aim to use this blog to update you on what is going on in the development.

Steve and myself are meeting monthly to keep on top of what is going on in the Moorings, and we met this evening. Here's an update on what's new:

- We are actively trying to get an AGM organised, as we are aware that it has been far too long since the last one. We are targeting the first week in February.
- Gavin and Lola have both resigned as directors, leaving Steve and myself in office. We would welcome another director, so please get in touch if you'd like to be considered. There are two routes in: either via director nomination, or by lessee nomination.
- We have requested proposals from a range of management agents to ensure that we are getting value for money. We are in the process of considering these and plan to bring a proposal to the AGM.
